Non-Surgical rhinoplasty: For the last 50 years, some facial plastic surgeons on the U.S. East Coast and myself in Beverly Hills have had excellent results placing the permanent filler Silikon 1000 — also used inside the human eye — in nasal divots and low places. Even a nasal hump can be disguised by adding filler above and below the hump. The micro-droplet technique is used for perhaps three to five office visits separated by a four or five week wait between each visit. The technique has a 50-year history of safety and of providing excellent results as shown in before and after pictures on our website. Moreover, the cost of permanent, non-surgical rhinoplasty is usually 80 percent less than a surgical rhinoplasty.
